Global Pharma Regulatory Counsel

Overview:  Reporting to the General Counsel, the Global Pharma Regulatory Counsel (“Regulatory Counsel”) will be a key member of the Legal Department’s leadership team and will provide broad legal and regulatory support to Aptar’s highly experienced business teams and legal professionals, providing strategic and practical legal advice on a wide variety of legal regulatory issues related to the development and growth of Aptar’s Pharma segment.

Experience:  The successful candidate will hold a J.D. from a reputable law school and have a minimum of five years of experience with a US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) practice in a commercial context. The ideal candidate will have experience in practice areas including product development, clinical research, commercialization, distribution, manufacturing, general transactions, advertising and promotional material review, licensing, and pharmaceutical related regulatory, quality control and compliance matters.

Compensation:  Competitive package commensurate with experience.  

Relocation:  Local candidates preferred.  

Bar:  Must be licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
